Prideful or Humble?

I came across a good description of humility today in a book I am reading.

"Humility compares the small temporal offenses that it must forgive against the enormous eternal offenses for which it has been forgiven by God." (from a book called Bitterness by Lou Priolo)

This really brings my lack of humility into perspective. The problems we face on a daily basis are absolutely nothing compared those that Christ died for. To harbor feelings of bitterness or resentment and thinking that they are justified or unforgivable is purely prideful and completely deserving of God's wrath.
